By using FindingStore (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
FindingStore is a free information tool. It helps you find where products that look like your photo are sold, and at what prices. We aren't a store, we don't sell or ship products, and we aren't a party to any purchase you make.
2. Accuracy of information
Prices, availability, product titles and images come from third-party sources and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Currency, shipping, taxes and customs charges may not be included. Some prices are taken from search snippets and are labelled "from search results, verify on store". Always confirm the final price and product details on the seller's website before buying. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
3. Acceptable use
- Upload only images you have the right to use. Don't upload illegal, offensive or personal content, or images of other people without their consent.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, or use it for automated bulk queries.
- Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third parties, including SerpAPI and Google (search data), ip-api.com (country detection), Render (hosting) and, in future, Google AdSense (advertising). Links take you to external sites that we don't control. Your dealings with any store are solely between you and that store.
5. Intellectual property
Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The FindingStore name, design and original articles belong to FindingStore. The site's source code is publicly available on GitHub.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindingStore isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from purchases made through links shown by it, including losses caused by inaccurate prices, fraudulent sellers or unavailable products.
7. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
